I have been a client and fan of Hout Bay and then Constantia Village Sea Weeds for years and so I was delighted to see Sea Storm at Constantia Village!
Dale my husband and I were on leave and saw a stunning khakhi jacket on your display in the mall and went to investigate. We discovered the wonderful Kenny, for whom nothing was too much trouble, even though the store was closing.
He helped us as though he had all the time in the world, and did not vaguely try to hurry us up, even looking for items my husband may like to try! Dale loved the jacket so much he asked Kenny if he could get him another one, which he did. At home that evening we googled Psycho Bunny as we had not heard of it and found a stunning cap which you had not had in your store – Kenny was keeping a stunning Psycho Bunny cap for me which we bought when we came for the second jacket.
I WA Kenny the online cap and he said you did not have it and then today out of the blue he WA me a photo of the online cap and said he has two-which we will take!!
I am passionate about service and you and your stores just consistently deliver the best service.
Sea Weeds Constantia Village used to let me appro items for my Mom who could not get out – and I am not talking millions of years ago when all stores did appros – just an example of that extra touch which makes one feel valued as a client-and Kenny has that in spades.
I met Theo too when we brought one of the jackets back for stitching that was loose and he clearly has the same care and passion for his work and people.
