1. Customer Privacy policy
Sea Weeds shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal
information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

2. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
3. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Sea Weeds) via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
4. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Sea Weeds separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For
more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
5. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
6. Responsibility
Sea Weeds takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
7. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Sea Weeds chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on Seaweeds.co.za and is applicable to South African customers only.
Sea Weeds reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a Sea Weeds Retail Store.

DELIVERY
Delivery within South Africa is Free for orders over R1,000.
We only deliver free within South Africa.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Sea Weeds delivers only to addresses within South Africa.
Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes as our shipping provider requires a signature upon receipt.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
All goods purchased on seaweeds.co.za will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address; and be delivered by our Couriers within 2-4 working days.
Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please provide an address where there will be someone to receive your purchase during office hours as our Courier requires a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, the Courier requires the business and receivers’ names.
Once an order has been dispatched, Sea Weeds is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under South African Consumer Law.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Sea Weeds is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on Seaweeds.co.za, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
– Proof of purchase needs to be included
– Tags attached
– Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
– Due to hygiene requirements we cannot accept returns on swimwear.
– For all returns requests please send a detailed mail to tarryn@seaweeds.co.za and once authorized a collection will be arranged. Sea Weeds does not accept returns sent separately by customer.
RETURNS OF GOODS PURCHASED ON A PROMOTION
Any goods that have been purchased on a promotion, will upon return be subject to a handling and administration fee of R150 00.
The handling and administration fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

REFUND PAYMENTS
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, within 5 business days of Sea Weeds receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: Sea Weeds cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS
Our system unfortunately cannot handle exchanges and replacements, but you can return items for a full refund and in the meantime shop for a more suitable item online. Alternatively, you can return your items, wait for your refund and then shop for a more suitable item online.
It is the safer option to immediately shop your replacement since we cannot reserve any stock and in the popular styles, the stock might not be available later.

We know not one body is like the other and we strive to make the slip into swim just a bit easier. WHICH SHAPE MOST DEFINES YOU?
RECTANGLE SHAPE
This popular athletic type usually consists of a long torso, slim chest and a straight up and down-like figure. Go for bold colors, sexy ruffles, unique prints and color blocked suits to give the appearance of a more defined waistline and desired curves. Plunging necklines enhance the bust and bottom, streamlining your figure and showcasing an accentuated silhouette.
INVERTED TRIANGLES
Inverted triangle figures have shoulders and busts that are wider than the hips, often making their shape appear somewhat unbalanced. Add some extra character and stature in the thigh area by choosing a brightly colored bottom or print-infused one-piece. Halter tankini tops and mismatched bottoms will create a more proportional look. Avoid bandeaus or strapless styles as they tend to draw more attention towards the bust and neckline.
HOURGLASS SHAPE
This classic shape seems to be the most popular and preferred amongst women. Hourglass shapes tend to have a fuller chest and a smaller waist. Your upper and lower halves are aligned, while most of your weight is distributed evenly throughout your body. One piece swimsuits will work best to show off your amazing curves. Look for swimwear with an underwire bra or a halter top. Avoid wearing mix-matched tops and bottoms as well as bandeau and strapless styles, as they can make you look disproportional and draw attention towards non-favored areas.
TRIANGLE SHAPE
Triangle shapes hold a majority of the weight in their hips and thighs, making them appear much wider than other parts of the body. Narrow shoulders and a slim, defined waist may be properly balanced by bolder prints towards the neckline and décolletage. Halter top styles with molded cups give the look of a fuller bust; this will help balance out your lower body. Draw attention away from your backside and casually enhance the bust with a plunging neckline.
ROUNDED SHAPE
A rounded, or apple-shaped body, has a fuller chest and may appear top heavy, as if there is no waist. Accentuate your best features by drawing more attention to your legs and lower half of your body. Find a bathing suit that gives you bra-like support with underwire or molded cups. Thick straps will make your shoulders appear smaller and provide more support. Swimsuits with gathered fabric around the waist give a flattering divide between the chest and hips. High cut bottoms will show off your legs. Avoid busy, bright colors as they create an unwanted illusion of bulk in the thighs.

FABRIC CARE
To ensure correct treatment please refer to individual care labels on each product.
Cold gentle machine wash garment separately or hand wash with luke warm water.
High amounts of chlorine will damage your swimwear. Neutralise any residual evidence of chlorine by rinsing in cool water first.
Use mild detergent.
Do not wring, soak or bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Drip dry in shade.
Do not leave rolled up wet.
Rinse immediately after use.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to swimwear.
We use the best dyes available, however we cannot guarantee complete colour fastness on some fashion colours.
Be careful not to wear light coloured clothing over wet swimwear. Some shades may bleed or transfer when wet.
We recommend that you do not wear your swimsuit in spa baths, as it could cause damage to your swimsuit.
Fake tanning products will mark and damage swimwear. Sea Weeds recommends taking extra care when using these products and always ensure they are completely dry before they come in contact with your swimwear.
Some sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear.
We recommend that you rinse immediately after use.
