1. Customer Privacy policy
Sea Weeds Boutique shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 2. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
3. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm) via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
4. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
5. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
6. Responsibility
Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
7. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Delivery & Returns
This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on Seastorm.biz and is applicable to South African customers only.
Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned following our Delivery & Returns Policy.
This policy applies only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a Sea Storm Retail Store.

Delivery Cost
Delivery within South Africa is Free for orders over R1,000.
We only deliver free within South Africa.
Delivery Locations
Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm delivers only to addresses within South Africa.
Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes as our shipping provider requires a signature upon receipt.
Delivery Time Frames
All goods purchased on sea-storm.co.za will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address; and be delivered by our Couriers within 2-4 working days.
Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
Delivery Address
Please provide an address where there will be someone to receive your purchase during office hours as our Courier requires a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, the Courier requires the business and receivers’ names.
Once an order has been dispatched, Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
Online Returns & Exchange
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under South African Consumer Law.
Returns Requirements
Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on sea-storm.co.za, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
– Proof of purchase needs to be included
– Tags attached
– Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
– Due to hygiene we cannot accept return on items that have been worn. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done. All swimwear must still have the hygiene strip for a return.
– For all returns requests please send a detailed mail to richard@seastorm.biz and once authorized a collection will be arranged. Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm does not accept returns sent separately by customer.
Returns of Goods Purchased on Promotion
Any goods that have been purchased on a promotion, will upon return be subject to a handling and administration fee of R150 00.
The handling and administration fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Payments
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, within 5 business days of Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: Sea Weeds, trading as Sea Storm cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
Exchanges & Replacements
Our system unfortunately cannot handle exchanges and replacements, but you can return items for a full refund and in the meantime shop for a more suitable item online. Alternatively, you can return your items, wait for your refund and then shop for a more suitable item online.
It is the safer option to immediately shop your replacement since we cannot reserve any stock and in the popular styles, the stock might not be available later.
