Return Policy

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under South African Consumer Law. Return Requirements Sea Weeds is passionate about ensuring that you, our customers, are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on the Sea Weeds online store (www.seaweeds.co.za) you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receipt, should it meet the below requirements:

• Proof of purchase needs to be included
• Tags attached
• Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
• Due to hygiene, we cannot accept return on items that have been worn. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done. All swimwear must still have the hygiene strip for a return.
• For all return requests, please send a detailed mail to tarryn@slimsuit.co.za. Once authorised, a collection will be arranged by the Sea Weeds Warehouse. Sea Weeds does not accept returns sent separately by customers.

Returns of Goods Purchased on Promotion Any goods that have been purchased on a promotion will upon return to Sea Weeds, be subject to a handling and administration fee of R150 00, payable by the customer. The handling and administration fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
